School's Out for the Summer

I am still in shock - how is her first year of school over?! More journaling later but for now, here is our baby, first day (August 25, 2014 at 18 months old) to her last day (May 13, 2015, at 2 years 3 months). The difference, to me, is just wild!

Week 116: 7 Days of Beckett

5/25; last swim lesson with Daddy

5/26; playing at the water table with Peyton

5/27; new dress in the backyard- this girl loves dress up more than anyone I know!

5/28; eating her picnic lunch on the side of the road - a driver rearended us when we were leaving the gym on our way to a picnic - bummer! She was a trooper though even when it took forever because the driver got arrested. Crazy - apparently there was a warrant out for her arrest!

5/29; Roses are coming in. And yes, she's wearing a leotard. Why not?

5/30; with cousin Dane at chick-fil-a on their way to NC to see their Great-Grandma Shaw and meet their Grandpa Shaw

5/1; cutie kiddos with Grandpa Shaw after bathtime - adorable!

Week 115: 7 Days of Beckett

4/18; B during her second swim lesson - adorable!

4/19; family walk

4/20; B is getting so good at her scooter - it's just precious!

4/21; cutest face during bath time

4/22; B took her baby to 'Teddy Bear Picnic' at school - it was the sweetest thing

4/23; high pony tail for gymnastics (her leotard is underneath - ADORABLE

4/24; Mexican with bestie Peyton - these girls are too, too cute

Week 114: 7 Days of Beckett

4/11; B's first swim lesson - adorable!

4/15; picture day at school! She was super smiley and happy to be all dressed up for school - love it.

4/17; second playdate with her besties this week - this time mommy got to join for all the dress up fun

Week 113: 7 Days of Beckett

4/4; Becks on her way out to the Easter Egg hunt at Vestavia Country Club

4/5; B checking out Easter eggs at Cousin Dane's house

4/6; B dressed herself on a rainy day and stopped on the stairs to give her baby a kiss on the head after she dropped her LOL

4/7; B after fun indoor pool time with mom - she LOVES the water these days

4/8; B at the Art Barn loving all the "cock-a-doos" (roosters)

4/9; Beckett the fairy with her daddy - always a good time!

4/10; date night with bestie Lee! We miss him so much but were so glad to have an impromptu dinner with Baby John and Lee!

Week 112: 7 Days of Beckett

3/28; B and Madison hanging out in her big girl room playing on her tablet - these girls are too much!

3/29; breakfast is her absolute best meal of the day - love it

3/30; Too cool for school rocking her new kicks

3/31; "reading" a classic to "Baby II"

4/1; my sweet B on her way out to the Easter Egg hunt at our church

4/2; out to eat with Poppa in Birmingham - she is HUGE on "adult water" now, wanting our glasses, wanting to not use a straw - just wanting to be a big girl

4/3; my little bunny 

Week 111: 7 Days of Beckett

3/21; don't test these besties! Love it - precious girls at the park

3/24; trying on her new leotard before music class. she chose the shiny sparkly shoes - she's a nut.

3/25; B and mommy at her school's 'art show' - she made beautiful butterflies, fish and more - so cute!

3/27; hanging out in mom & dad's room watching Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood drinking her water before her friends, Marcella & Billy, came over to play!
