Week 124: 7 Days of Beckett

6/20; pizza at Avalon after a pool day with cousin Dane; she had so much fun seeing Dane, Aunt Devon, Uncle Tyler and of course mom and dad!

6/21; Father's Day visit to Uncle Terry & Aunt Sharon's lake house - they took us out on the boat and then we played on the dock - beautiful, fun day!

6/22; First day of camp! 5 days in a row of 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. - by far the longest she'd ever been to school in one week! She loved it but we were both exhausted. LOL

6/23; pooling it with best friend Peyton - the cutest girls!

6/24; watering the roses with daddy - this girl is a pro

6/25; bedtime books with mommy - love finding shots like this on Austin's phone

6/26 - the standard toddler uniform- all pink & purple and always with a pair of sunnies

Week 123: 7 Days of Beckett

6/13; we like fro yo, yes we do

6/15; saying 'ah' instead of 'cheese' - such a silly girl!

Week 122: 7 Days of Beckett

6/6; kiddie pool with Uncle Ty Ty at VCC - day 3 of Camp Mimi!

6/7; back at home with mom at the pool doing one of her favorite things "I need to take a break, mama!"

6/8; Me giving in and letting her wear a swimsuit 24/7 to keep the tantrums down. Picking battles! On the plus side she loves her new tumbler!

6/9; selfie with mommy and her new t-shirt! She loves her "purple seaside shirt"

6/10; she loves the t-shirt too much and wants to wear it every day! ah! She had a blast at music class with her buddies

6/11; post-work pool time with Beckett - she loves to have her daddy at the pool!

6/12; Pooltime with mommy before she met a new friend, Pascal! She also played with her best gym friend Dominic. And yes, if you're thinking huh, she sure seems to be at the pool a lot you're right. We're there all the time! We always go at least once a day, usually twice, and sometimes 3 times a day (before lunch; after nap; after dinner!).

Week 121: 7 Days of Beckett

5/30; Sidewalk chalk with Aunt Lindsey - they came to visit and she just loved seeing them and appreciated the sweet, thoughtful gifts they brought her!

5/31; laughing at funny friend Madison - the girls had such a blast together - wish I'd gotten one with McKenna in there, too!

6/1; pereparing to facetime with Dada when he had a work event - she loves him so much!

6/2; rice bowl in her night gown - standard!

6/3; naked girl - definitely going through a streaking phase 

6/4; breakfast at Mimi's house - Day 1 of camp mimi while Mom & Dad went to the beach!

6/5; day 2 of camp Mimi, preparing for breakfast!

B @ the Lake

Beckett has been going to the lake with us since she was a baby girl. Each trip was different. When she was super little it was a lot of up and down, in and out, with her 3 naps a day! Last year she was 1, which meant a lot of moving around but not a lot of listening so it was hard to enjoy her in an open floor plan. Ha. We ended up turning the basement into a gated play area for her and it made all the difference! This year, well, this year was the best. She's 2 now. She's a great listener. She loves the water. She loves to be outside and in a swimsuit and ride on the boat. She was just wonderful and down for anything - we had SUCH a great visit kicking off the season Memorial Day weekend. Here are a few photos from our fun.

Week 120: 7 Days of Beckett

5/23; B on the ladder at the lake - she spent A LOT of time on this ladder dipping in and out of the water!

5/24; my cutie sporting her "anna elsa frozen sweemsuit" - she is obsessed with it and cries when it's dirty and she can't wear it!

5/25; Our mermaid at Vestavia Country Club with Mimi - they had so much fun splashing around and trying out the pools in preparation for their upcoming Mimi-Beckett weekend!

5/26; trying on swimsuits! How did parents shop before online?! Really...

5/27; B never wants to leave the pool! Love her in this sweet Frozen towel

Week 119: 7 Days of Beckett

5/16; B plays with Pey and borrows her sunglasses - love this curly-haired cutie; she had the busiest morning with dad - Home Depot, Pike Nursery, Total Wine & More, and the Avalon - her first pinkberry and third train ride!

5/17; B and her crazy hair poses with the new plant her and her daddy picked out before church

5/18; Sweet B going to the pool with mama; she loves the "mama cubby room"

5/19; love this sweet spring/summer shot - this girl is the best

5/20; B loves to go in my closet. This time she took off all her clothes and put on my "purple dress" (it's a purple workout top). Then my silver shoes. She. is. hilarious.

5/21; B went with me and Reuben to his vet appointment - his eye was super red! He ended up having an ulcer on his eye. Beckett loved showing him "the anibals" on her iPad

5/22; Lake livin'; We had just arrived to the dock and she immediately pulled her chair up, sat down and put her feet in - so funny! She was very proud of herself - she spent the whole day on the dock and had her first ice cream sandwich at the marina with Mimi & Poppa
