You can REALLY see my 4 top teeth in this bath time picture from last night! Mom and Dad are pretty sure my molars are coming in, too, as I'm really biting down hard in the back of my mouth and seem to be in pain - boo. I'm also not sleeping as well - no fun for anyone! I am 10 months old now, as of yesterday! Mom and Dad say i'm going to be walking soon as I'm showing ALL of the signs for walking - pulling up on furniture, cruising alongside it, walking behind toys and picking up dropped toys from standing.

![]() |
| Day 299 (12/4); Becks hanging in her diaper after making a HUGE mess with her solids haha |
- Her tunnel
- Her new walker
- Playing with Poppa Paul - they spent so much time together over Thanksgiving and she seemed to really enjoy him and her Mimi
- Her glowworm (especially having it in her room at bedtime!)
- Walking alongside the couch while squealing at her poodles
- Santa
- Having visitors - she seemed to really enjoy having the Wednesday Santa Photo Shoot Playdate and time with Harper Friday at our house!
- Babies - she was pretty fascinated by Peyton - not sure if she knew exactly what Peyton was but it made noises and moved a little so she was in
- Her window - I pull the blinds up in this window in our living room and she loves to stand up by it and look outside and bang on the window sill
- crawling over to mom when she has a dirty diaper - good to see she knows how to fix that problem now!
Dislikes:
- slugs - she tried to eat one and I had to call poison control - she was fine! But she was definitely disgusted by its taste... not nearly as disgusted as I was.
- being away from Mom - she is definitely continuing to show a bit of separation anxiety
- people playing with her toys and not letting her play too - she gets so excited when she has a friend play with her stuff, but when she goes over and tries to play with them and they block her out she pouts!
- the usual - having her diaper changed, having her clothes changed (especially overhead) and being overtired

Playdate with Miss Harper
Beckett's friend Harper and her mom Meghan came overt to visit today! The girls had so much fun playing! Harper is 4 weeks older than Beckett and always shows us her new skills. Today she was walking - OMG! Such a doll. The girls played the most with the walker, but they got into everything else, too, especially the ball monster and they even had some tunnel time. They also ate lunch together - adorable! Two babies at the table eating their solids - cuties! I loved catching up with Meghan, too - it's so fun having babies so close in age and being able to get ideas and advice from her is invaluable. Can't believe our girls are going to be 1 in just a couple months!

| Beckett squealed when they arrived - so cute! |
![]() |
| Beckett enjoyed showing Harper all of her toys and books! |
![]() |
| The girls seemed to both want to play with the same toy at the same time - definitely made for a few tears! |

| I love that we accidentally color coordinated! The girls both wore long tunic/dresses and leggings - fabulous! |

Likes:
- her new tunnel (and Dane's tunnel!)
- her learning walker - especially the phone and shapes on cords
- paper - she tries very hard to rip up magazines and eat them... sigh
- sitting in her chair reading books, especially activity books with textures and/or flaps
- playing with Poppa Paul - he played monster in her tunnel which she really seemed to enjoy!
- turkey & green beans
- sitting at the table like a big girl!
- sophie is a major favorite, as is her puzzle, links and activity table is still a top 10 toy!
- making noises and 'talking' A LOT
Dislikes
- having things taken away from her, especially things being forcibly removed from her mouth (sigh - we play dentist like once a day - she is not a good patient)
- being separated from mommy - she definitely is starting to show some anxiety
- teething - new teeth are still giving her some pain - poor thing!

Thanksgiving with Gigi & the Porters
Zach took these beautiful photos on Thanksgiving morning when we visited the Porters! We arrived around 8:30 a.m. and got a good 4+ hour visit in before hitting the road. Beckett napped while we had a yummy, paleo-friendly breakfast, and we got a chance for some 1:1 time with Dane bug! He is such a big boy! So smart and funny. When Beckett got up the kiddos had lots of playtime. Dane was so generous with his toys - Beckett especially enjoyed his tunnel, cars, noise makers and dog Sadie! Really, she just loved his room and checking out everything (by putting it in her mouth of course - major teething going on!). Dane was very patient with her even though she couldn't play as much as he wanted her to! Great visit and wonderful time celebrating this holiday with Beckett's Gigi, Aunt Devon, Uncle Zach and Cousin Dane. (P.s. I added in the last 2 photos from my phone - Devon's chalkboard and some Thanksgiving turkey cupcakes I made!)
Beckett Meets Peyton
Sharon and Jamie's little Miss Peyton wasn't due until December 5, but she had other plans and arrived 2 days before Thanksgiving! We were so excited to meet her, and visited today. She is a precious little girl with the prettiest pink color, blue eyes, and adorable little face. Beckett squealed when she saw her - adorable! But, she was super hyper and has been in a mommy-give-me-and-only-me-attention phase, so I wasn't able to hold Peyton until Austin stopped by! She was SO light and fragile - a teeny not even weekold baby - love it! Can't wait to spend more time with her and for her and Beckett to become besties!
