Beckett visited Birmingham this weekend, and we happily took her up for some sun and swim at Vestavia Country Club (where we got married!). She did well with the sun, and we even tried her sunglasses on her (cute overload - pic coming soon). But, when we went to put that little bean in her new swimsuit into the pool, she cried, and screamed and fussed until she was out of the water onto dry land. Go figure! This girl LOVES some baths, and has done great in a pool before, but we really think it was the cold water (after isolating other variables). So, we're going to work on easing her in with the little inflatable pool in the backyard until she can withstand cooler temperatures. Until then, this sad-faced baby girl is still pretty dang cute!
